In the only game of the day, Inverness Athletic recorded a high scoring Macleod & MacCallum league win over Bunillidh Thistle at the Highland Football Academy in Dingwall. But it wasn't all plain sailing for Athletic. Bunillidh twice took the lead in the first half, Tony Miller scoring twice (second time from the penalty spot) either side of a Russell Macintyre goal. Connor Ross netted an equaliser and Inverness quickly asserted their dominance, with two quick goals from Phil MacDonald to make it 4-2 at half time. The second half belonged to Inverness as Ross and MacDonald both notched hat-tricks, while Gary Calvert and Scott Crossley both got their names on the scoresheet.
All other games were postponed due to frozen pitches, namely St Duthus v Halkirk United (North Caledonian Cup semi final), Golspie Sutherland v Thurso (North Caledonian Cup semi-final) and Invergordon v Alness United (Macleod & MacCallum North Caledonian League).
