Invergordon v Halkirk United
Recreation Grounds, Invergordon
1:30pm

Invergordon welcome Halkirk United to Recreation Grounds on Saturday looking to get back to winning ways after last weekends draw away to Thurso. Gary Campbell's men have quickly proved hard to beat on their home patch, only tasting defeat once during their five home games so far this season against a vastly improved Alness United side. Invergordon will be looking to see off the traveling Anglers to remain at the top of the Macleod & MacCallum North Caledonian League. The visitors will be on a high after securing their first league points of the season last weekend against Bunillidh Thistle. Gordie MacDonald’s young side will be looking for an improved result from the last time the sides met, a game which Invergordon ran our comfortable 4-0 winners at Morrison Park last month.

Orkney v Alness United
Kirkwall Grammar School 3G pitch, Kirkwall
12:30pm

Orkney prepare for only their second home League fixture of the season on Saturday as they welcome high flying Alness United to Kirkwall Grammar School. The islanders have spent most of the opening half of the season on the road and will welcome the opportunity to get some game time on Orkney, albeit against the leagues in form side. Charlie Alway’s men will take some confidence from last weekends hard fought draw against Golspie as they look to secure all three points and leap frog Inverness Athletic into 4th in the league table. Alness United have had a faultless start to the new season. The recent Football Times Cup winners have come up triumphs in every match so far this season and will hope this continues in Kirkwall on Saturday but will be well aware of the danger Orkney pose on home soil.

St Duthus v Golspie Sutherland
The Links, Tain
13:30pm

The Links in Tain plays host to St Duthus v Golspie Sutherland this weekend with the Saints looking to make it three wins on the bounce for the first time this season. Stuart Ross’s men had a fantastic result last time out against a lacklustre Inverness Athletic and will be hoping this form continues as they welcome a Golpsie side who have yet to be defeated in the League this season. Andrew Banks' side boost one of the leagues meanest defences but they will be put to the test against a St Duthus sides who are the league’s second top scorers this season. A look back at last season’s meetings between the sides shows there was not a lot between the clubs, with both clubs chalking up a win and along with sharing the points the last time the two sides met.

Thurso v Bunillidh Thistle

Thurso welcome Bunillidh Thistle to The Dammies on Saturday with Stevie Reid’s men hoping to end their search for a first League win of the season. Thurso, by last season’s standards, have had an indifferent start to the new campaign and will look to Saturdays match to get their stuttering season up and running. Bunillidh come into the game on the back of a disappointing home defeat last time out at the hands of Halkirk United, as Dean Cowie’s men hope to improve on their last visit to Thurso when the hosts fired seven past The Jags on a comfortable afternoon for The Vikings.
